Feedback is very important to us and having listened to our clients we are now extending our support to those who book Relocation Preparation Briefings.
In addition to the face-to-face expat briefing, we are recommending that a Skype call or webinar is scheduled within 3 months of the expat transferring. This consultation lasts approximately one hour and is very effective in acting as a sounding board for any unusual or difficult situations that the expat is facing now he is in country. If you would like this additional support, we would schedule the call and provide the expat a Form to record their thoughts and keep track of any issues they faces during the settling-in period. Two weeks before the call, we will contact them to return their form, so that the trainer can prepare effectively for their consultation, focussing on 3-4 key issues.
