At Babel, we understand that there are many conflicting demands on our client’s time.  In recognising that learning a language is often a “means to an end” and that our client’s focus remains, naturally, on their core responsibilities, we are committed to:

  • Responding with speed to our clients’ requests and to resolve outstanding issues. We respond to requests for training within 24 hours from initial request
  • Providing the utmost flexibility in re-arranging schedules with early morning/evening sessions, weekend working and coaching by telephone and/or over the Internet
  • Having a teaching philosophy that recognises that learning a language should be practically worthwhile and, at the same time, an enjoyable experience where the learner looks forward to each session.
  • Providing a comprehensive service from specific terminology courses and sourcing of specialist materials to professional translations and cultural briefings.

Whilst Babel is located in south-east London, we work throughout the whole of the UK, often on multi-site programmes.  We are therefore experienced in managing remote client relationships and have well-defined reporting systems and quality procedures for monitoring our programmes.
