In December 2002, the United Nations General Assembly declared 21st May as World Day for Cultural Diversity, for Dialogue and Development. A day that provides an opportunity to deepen our understanding of the values of cultural diversity and to learn to live and work together better. To help celebrate this World Day and to encourage people and organisations around the world to take action to support diversity, Babel would like to suggest ten simple things you can do to celebrate World Day for Cultural Diversity (even if you choose one!).

"Although I have had cultural training in the past, this was far more useful to me. It was interactive and helped me to improve my cultural awareness."

“Really enjoyed the course. My tutor was really nice, he was so patient with me and explained things in a way and manner that made it fun but got the message across. The school itself was great, all of the people were really nice and friendly and made us feel very welcome. All in all, I really enjoyed the complete experience.“
