Designing an effective learning experience

The first step in designing a meaningful learning experience is to explore the prior experiences of the prospective participants, their perceived needs and their current level of competence. What type of change is envisioned, why and by whom? What are the motives and learning goals of the prospective participants? We are happy to recommend a realistic time frame to ensure the learning outcomes are met.

Content & Delivery

Our training is highly interactive and practical. We ensure there is variation in activities, interaction and sharing between participants, challenging content, something new, concrete advice and tips applicable to the participants’ context, respect for each other, confidentiality and plenty of take-aways that can be immediately applied.

Evaluation

Following our programmes, we use surveys to collect feedback from the participants. We can also conduct pre- and post-training assessments, schedule follow up interviews with participants after a few months to gather more in-depth feedback about their experience, the practical application of what they learned, and any challenges they faced to see if they are applying what they learned.
